What you'll be doing
* Partner with senior Digital leaders to translate transformation strategies into actionable people agendas.
* Drive the design and delivery of people interventions that enhance Digital, Data, and AI capabilities.
* Act as a thought partner and coach, influencing leadership behaviours and organisational effectiveness.
* Shape the evolution of our Digital organisation's operating model and talent strategies.
* Collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful people solutions at scale.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
* Proven experience in HR business partnering, particularly in a digital or transformation context.
* Strong commercial insight and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
* Excellent coaching and influencing skills to drive leadership accountability.
* A passion for fostering inclusive, high‑performing teams.
* Familiarity with Digital, Data, and AI capabilities is a plus.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience in organisational design and workforce planning.
* Knowledge of talent management and succession planning strategies.
* A proactive approach to using people data and insights for decision‑making.
