What You'll Do:

As Operations Director, you'll have full responsibility for operational delivery, managing a diverse team and ensuring high standards of service across all divisions. Key responsibilities include:

* Operational Leadership: Oversee nationwide service delivery, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations whilst driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
* Strategic Contribution: Collaborating with the Managing Director and National Sales Director on long-term strategy, tenders, and client relationship management.
* Team Leadership: Lead and develop Operations Managers, the HelpDesk Manager, and the Landscaping Manager, ensuring strong performance and succession planning.
* Client Relationships: Act as an operational liaison for key clients, strengthening relationships through regular site visits and proactive account management.
* Financial Oversight: Manage operational budgets and contribute to profitability through efficient cost control and P&L management.
* Health and Safety: Ensure compliance across all operations, fostering a strong culture of safety and best practices.
