We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator Commercial Fit Out to join our team in Leeds, England. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
Responsibilities
* Reviewing project drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to compile comprehensive cost assessments.
* Conducting quantity take-offs and sourcing supplier quotes to establish accurate material and labor costs.
* Preparing detailed bid proposals, ensuring all aspects of the project are accurately estimated.
* Collaborating with the design and project teams to understand project scope and client requirements.
* Analyzing and managing risks associated with estimates and ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Presenting and negotiating bids with clients and subcontractors.
* Updating and maintaining estimating databases and records for future reference.
