TheRole
* Deliver engagingand stimulating Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4 fostering a lovefor performance and theatre arts.
* Develop andimplement a rigorous and creative curriculum that aligns withnational curriculum guidelines.
* Preparestudents for external examinations and assessments ensuring strongacademic achievement.
* Contribute to the schoolswider performing arts program through plays productions andextracurricular activities.
* Collaborateeffectively with colleagues within the Drama department and acrossthe broader school community.
* Play a proactiverole in departmental development sharing best practices andcontributing to continuous improvementinitiatives.
