About the role:
Our coffee shop is a hub for our customers and the heart of the local community. Every day offers a new experience as you’ll be involved in a wide range of activities, working as part of a passionate and hardworking team.
As a Coffee Shop Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of the business, welcoming customers and serving homemade food and drinks. You'll handle food, maintain cleanliness, and organize the coffee shop. You'll also take customer orders and recommend our best products, including our Fairtrade range and Gadsby's cakes!
About You:
We’re not looking for specific experience or qualifications – we’ll provide all necessary training! We value your personality, skills, motivation, and values. You should demonstrate:

* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
* An enthusiastic approach and willingness to support colleagues
* An attention to detail to ensure reliable service
