What You'll Be Doing Here:
This role is based in our Southern Office in Corby, you will be the key link between our customers and our field-based operations team. You'll be assisting the Contract Managers with proactively managing customer contracts, scheduling work on our system (simPro).
You will handle customer contact, like enquiries, complaints, and quotes, while keeping both customers and field engineers updated on schedule changes.
Who We're Looking For:
You'll need excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with both clients and our team. It would be a great advantage if you have experience working with field-based teams, managing purchase orders, working with job sheets and producing reports and quotations.
