We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our expanding Service Department. This is a field-based role offering variety, independence, and the opportunity to work directly with customers to deliver high-quality repairs and replacement services.

What Youll Be Doing
* Visiting customers at their properties across Crawley and surrounding areas
* Diagnosing and resolving issues relating to windows and doors
* Carrying out repairs and replacements to a high standard
* Providing excellent customer service and explaining repair options clearly
* Ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales
* Using PDA systems to accurately record job information and updates
* Maintaining company tools, equipment, paperwork, and vehicle checks
* Following all Health & Safety and company compliance procedures
What Were Looking ForEssential
* Minimum 3 years experience with window & door products
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional and positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Pride in delivering first-time fixes and quality workmanship
Desirable
* Previous installation/fitting experience with windows and doors
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to multitask and adapt throughout the day
