Job Description: Night Senior Support Worker - Bangeston Hall - Hourly rate £12.80 to £13.70 per hour – Full Time

We will pay you £250 when you complete your shadow shifts and another £250 after 3 months (paid in the next payroll). The Role: We seek a compassionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker to lead and support our team. You will enhance the lives of individuals with autism through leadership and expertise. We also offer a Trainee Senior Support Worker role with opportunities for career progression.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of support workers, fostering a positive environment.
Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents with autism and complex needs.
Create and implement personalised care plans.
Encourage independence and life skills development.
Promote a safe, stimulating environment ensuring residents' well-being.
Liaise with families, guardians, and professionals for effective communication.
Support management in administrative tasks and staff training.
Requirements:
Experience in a support worker role within care or education is essential.
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
A passion for working with individuals with complex needs.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to needs.
A driving license is essential.
Note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
