We’re hiring Principal-level recruiters into DNA to take ownership of and scale specialist desks across Creative, Planning & Strategy, Client Services, and Delivery, Production & Operations.
This role is designed for someone already operating at a high level who wants to build a market properly, with the platform, brand and infrastructure in place to support long-term growth.
Each desk sits within a clearly defined niche. You’ll be leveraging an established base of client relationships to introduce and scale your specialism, building long-term partnerships and developing your market into a leading practice area over time.
The role centres around:
* Full ownership and growth of a specialist recruitment desk
* Building long-term, consultative client relationships
* Driving consistent, high-level billings
* Developing your market into a recognised area of expertise
DNA operates a remote-first model, built around trust, autonomy, and accountability. There is clear structure and support in place, alongside expectations around performance.
A key part of the platform is how the business is set up to support high-performing desks. That includes access to established client relationships, a strong tech stack, and opportunities to be in the right environments to build meaningful connections in your market.
Leadership still bill and are actively involved in delivery, so you’re surrounded by people who understand the realities of the market. As your desk grows, you’ll have access to candidate resourcing support and infrastructure to help you scale effectively.
The commercial model is strong. Consultants take home up to 40% of what they bill, with the opportunity to build significant personal revenue.
