Job Title: Advanced Practitioner – Safeguarding

Pay Rate: £37 per hour
About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced and confident Advanced Practitioner to join the Safeguarding Team in Bradford. This senior-level role involves supporting complex casework, mentoring social workers and ensuring high standards of safeguarding practice across the team.
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Lead on complex safeguarding cases and provide expert guidance to colleagues
2. Support the development and quality assurance of practice within the team
3. Contribute to strategy discussions, case conferences, and court proceedings
4. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
5. Act as a point of escalation for high-risk cases and decision-making

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
10. Social Work England registration
11. Degree in Social Work or equivalent
12. Right to work in the UK
13. Full UK driving licence
14. Significant post-qualified experience in safeguarding and statutory children’s services
15. Previous experience in a senior or advanced practitioner role is highly desirable
