What you'll be doing:
* Organising the New Build and Contact Management teams to meet changing priorities and deadlines
* Providing leadership and management through motivating, developing, and coaching team members
* Managing valuation suppliers to ensure performance meets contracted service requirements
* Analysing performance and operational Key Performance Indicators for continuous improvement
* Ensuring customers receive relevant information throughout the product lifecycle
* Managing the team in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Addressing performance issues to help individuals and the team exceed objectives
* Empowering team members to achieve personal development goals
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* Proven experience in mortgage or valuation operations
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Expertise in strategy, leadership, business planning, and operational management
* Experience managing 3rd party business partners and Group stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage external suppliers
* Knowledge of mortgage lending and survey and valuation products and processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to acting with integrity and delivering good outcomes for retail customers
