About the Role Reporting into the Business Infrastructure Manager, the successful Voice & Data Networks Analystwill be ensuring the delivery of consistent, appropriate, secure, cost-effective, compliant and high-quality voice and data services to Tarmac. Please note this is a part-time position working 15 hours a week working on the Monday & Tuesday What you'll be doing In this role, you as the successful Voice & Data Networks Analystwill be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive) Working as a Subject Matter Expert (with Voice & Dataknowledge) on business projects in line with business strategy Grasping user requirements and solution options Building solutions that comply right first time by design Providing second-line support to IT users in line with agreed SLAs Investigating incidents and identifying and mobilising resources required to aid resolution Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in the Change Management process Supporting the incident root cause analysis process and continuous process improvementWhat we are looking for We are looking for someone who is: Educated to degree standard or able to demonstrate appropriate significant and relevant experience in a similar role IT technical knowledge/experience of one or more of the following core disciplines: e.g. Cisco, Meraki, Avaya, MPLS, SD-WAN, SIPWhy Tarmac?
