We are seeking a commercially minded person to oversee our ticketing sales operation - tasked with increasing guest bookings and revenue across a wide variety of shows.
This role involves a blend of working on the front desk of the operation, and also working alongside senior head office team - including marketing, finance and venue operations. You'll lead a team of front desk personnel, who will be targetted and work under your leadership to drive bookings and revenue.
* Monitoring forward bookings, and adjusting pricing strategy and/or promotions accordingly to maximise attendance/yield
* Ensuring upsells are offered to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
* Set achievable, yet challenging targets, and support your team in their role through mentoring, monitoring performance and communicating expectations/performance on a regular basis
* Running membership and loyalty schemes to boost regular patronage
* Working with third party ticketing agents and our commercial partners, including local hoteliers
You will have experience of a sales focussed role, ideally in a leadership role - preferably in a hospitaly or entertainment setting (but not essential).
