About Nuven Surveyors

Nuven Surveyors is an independent, RICS-regulated residential survey and valuation practice. With a team of 21, we operate from our head office in Horsham, West Sussex, while our surveyors work remotely. Our core services include valuations for private clients, lenders, and corporate partners, as well as RICS Home Surveys (Levels 2 & 3).

The role

Nuven Surveyors is expanding, and we're looking for a Sales Administrator to support our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and confident in managing sales and administrative processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

* Full Time 39.5 hours per week
* Competitive pay
* Commission structure | Potential to earn £10k+ based on revenue, with enhanced earnings for exceeding targets.

Key responsibilities

* Generating and managing leads via phone, email, and referral portals
* Networking to create new business opportunities
* Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally
* Responding to client enquiries on pricing, services, and availability
* Managing multiple surveyor diaries and appointment bookings
* Updating and maintaining CRM systems
* Preparing quotations and reports
* Issuing invoices, terms & conditions, and processing payments
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
* Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets
* Performing general office administration

What we're looking for

* A confident communicator with strong, prospecting, negotiation & closing skills
* Organised and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and strong initiative
* Target-driven with a keen focus on customer service
* Able to take ownership and work independently when needed
* Understanding of sales performance metrics
* Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems
* Experience in sales, customer service, or administration (property sector knowledge is a plus)
* A dedicated team player
