Join a dynamic and supportive therapy led team and embark on a fulfilling journey as a Community Reablement Assistant. In this flexible and rewarding role, you will be working alongside Occupational Therapists and Reablement Officers playing a vital part in helping individuals regain their confidence and independence after a hospital stay. Supporting people with their personal care and empowering them to do as much as possible on their own.
Monitoring and providing feedback on the progress of people's goals.
Completing care records and other relevant paperwork.
Facilitating access to community groups and services.
Part-time - from 15 hours per week
Shift times available:
~No prior care experience? We'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed and grow in your role. A valid licence to drive in the UK is required as the role involves travelling locally and lone working.
We provide high quality care and support to older people; people with physical and learning disabilities; people with mental health needs; dementia; carers and clients' families. This extends to respite care for families and carers.
We operate services across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, ranging from Residential Homes, Day Services, Supported Living sites and Reablement Home Care.
