Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our manufacturing team and help us continue to make the best fantasy miniature figures in the world and to engage and inspire our customers, forever!
Our priority within Manufacturing is to make the right products in the right volumes at the right time to the agreed standard, in the most efficient and sustainable manner. Reporting to the Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll use your knowledge and experience of continuous improvement fundamentals to analyse, communicate and improve complicated processes.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with key team members across the manufacturing department to build standard operating procedures and shape plans for continuous improvement over a rolling 2-year period.
* Gain critical insights to assess and prioritise risk and failure mitigation, while optimising processes and equipment utilisation.
* Manage multiple priorities across multiple sites, plan work efficiently, ensure information is accessible quickly.
* Use initiative and harness the ideas of teams to solve problems and drive improvements.
Qualifications
* Qualified in an engineering discipline with experience in continuous improvement and change management projects.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.
