VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Marketing Specialist (Pitches & Clients) for a leading global law firm.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a professional to progress their career and expand their knowledge within a global organization that values its staff. This firm has a strong reputation for internal progression.
This position is Hybrid (3 days in Belfast City Centre in a state-of-the-art office and 2 days remote).
This is a Monday - Friday, permanent role.
Salary: Negotiable, with significant progression opportunities and a global benefits package.
Responsibilities:
* Implementing the business development strategy for the global energy transition, focusing on hydrogen and battery value chain projects.
* Supporting the practice to win more work through cross-border collaboration on pitches, campaigns, and initiatives.
* Developing a comprehensive strategy with the Global Energy Transition BD Manager.
* Leading proposal and pitch preparation, capturing outcomes for feedback and fee analysis.
* Managing marketing systems and tools, including budgeting and reporting.
* Creating directories and award submissions to enhance market presence.
* Identifying client entertainment opportunities and managing marketing spend.
* Maintaining market/client intelligence for partners and associates.
* Executing integrated business development campaigns and planning client events and seminars.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience or interest in the energy market, especially energy transition, with a desire to deepen sector knowledge.
* Business development and marketing experience at an equivalent level in a professional service or sector, with a focus on marketing to a business audience and working with senior management.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to motivate fee earners and develop business plans.
