Respected firm are seeking to recruit a diligent, confident, self-motivated, and experienced lawyer to join a busy property department focusing on commercial property work. The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and a keen interest and proven ability in business development as well as a pro-active approach to risk management. 2. Dealing with all aspect of commercial property
3. Acting for borrowers in refinancing
4. Granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants
5. Excellent technical knowledge
6. Interest in business development
7. Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation and working as part of a team where necessary
8. Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation
9. Attention to detail is essential
10. Excellent written and oral communication skills
