Location: Near Evesham Salary: £28,000 per annum Job Type: Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday, Office-Based Are you a detail loving number cruncher who thrives in a busy, varied finance role? If you're financially savvy, highly organised, and love being the person that keeps the books balanced, this role could be just the ticket. Join a small, friendly, and purpose-driven team within their membership department this is a growing and exciting business to be in. They’re looking for someone to take charge of their finances and help support their mission. What you’ll be doing as a Financial Coordinator: • Managing individual membership renewals, invoicing, and retention reporting • Supporting corporate membership billing, quotations, onboarding and renewals • Handling accounts payable/receivable and keeping finances up to date • Supporting the COO with management accounts, forecasting and budgeting • Managing petty cash, staff expenses and company credit card admin • Keeping financial records squeaky clean and audit-ready • Maintaining membership data on the CRM system • Providing general admin support to finance and events functions What we’re looking for in a Financial Coordinator • Experience with financial software, procurement platforms and CRMs • Comfortable producing financial reports and analysis • Strong understanding of accounting principles and subscription-based payments • A stickler for detail with top-notch organisational skills • Proactive, confident and comfortable working independently • Great communication skills.
