:
1. Support equipment and process establishment and validation.
2. Generate and approve process documentation.
3. Ensure manufacturing operations are effective, safe, and compliant within the organizational framework.
4. Maintain processes in alignment with GMP, Standard Operating Procedures, and regulatory requirements.
5. Collaborate with project team members to achieve project goals.
6. Implement and support staff training and development programs.
7. Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing, filling, inspection, and packaging processes.
8. Track improvements and report solutions to key collaborators.

9. Understand and align with emergency procedures and safe systems of work.
10. Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety rules, signage, and instructions.
11. Promptly report and investigate all accidents, near misses, and breaches of rules.
Qualifications/Experience:
12. Currently pursuing a degree in Science or Engineering, ideally in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemical Engineering.
13. Mechanical and software operation knowledge is desirable.
14. Proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and task execution.
