As a
Internal Accounts Coordinator
based in the
North East
you'll be responsible for:
* Target accounts across an allocated region to drive contact and develop new and additional sales opportunities.
* Identify and develop new and existing accounts to maximise the growth of sales and margin.
* Answering customers questions, problem resolution and providing additional information via calls and emails.
* Providing outstanding customer service.
* Maintaining close working relationships with branches in your area.
* Updating and entering records into the company's CRM systems.
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm.

* Plumbing and Heating knowledge is ideal.
* Experience in telesales, customer services or sales roles & environments.
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* High attention to detail, quality and standards within service delivery
