What You will Do As a Graduate Cyber Incident Manager, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical cybersecurity expertise and business needs. This position requires a balance of technical knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving ability. Graduates in this role will be expected to: Develop a solid foundation in cybersecurity and technology, applying this knowledge to real-world client challenges. Training: Attend mthree Academy’s online training (4–8 weeks), focusing on Java or other languages our clients need. Placement: Join a global organization for 12–24 months, earning salary increases every 12 months. Permanent Role: Most of our graduate’s transition into permanent roles with their client post-program. What You will Learn at mthree Academy Information security fundamentals, secure system design, development, and vulnerability testing – understanding core principles to protect systems and data. Professional skills: communication and teamwork – effectively collaborating with colleagues and explaining technical security issues to non-technical stakeholders. Practical application of industry security concepts – applying standards, frameworks, and compliance requirements in real-world scenarios. Cyber monitoring, support, and incident troubleshooting – identifying, analyzing, and resolving security threats and system vulnerabilities. What We are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field (2:2 or higher). Solid understanding of cyber security principles and best practices. Experience with troubleshooting, vulnerability analysis, and incident response. Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Calm under pressure with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate technical cyber security issues into business-relevant terms. Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of risk management, threat landscapes, and cyber incident handling. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and stay current with evolving security technologies. Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
