The Role:
To lead the business in accelerating growth in e.commerce and Ireland through:
* You will inspire and influence key retailer partners to execute in line with Kimberly Clark’s strategies to deliver mutual growth for the retailer and Kimberly Clark.
* You will accelerate omni-channel thinking throughout our business strategy and key tools.
* You will nurture future talent by leading our Irish category analyst team.
* You will create collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
* You will develop selling stories based on insight and foresight.
* You will gain commitment to joint category plans on key initiatives including range and merchandising.
* You will monitor, evaluate, and communicate changes in category and shopper dynamics, recommending actions to address issues and opportunities affecting the category and/or KC brands.
Skills and Experience
You have an inquisitive mindset, excellent analytical skills, and a talent for translating multiple information sources into compelling stories. You can develop highly collaborative relationships and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You aim high, have strong resilience, and find ways to break through barriers.
* Experience in a commercial, customer-facing role with at least 2 years within category development.
* Exemplary knowledge of category fundamentals, including leading range reviews and category projects with major retailers.
* Experience in forging and maintaining strong business relationships.
* Experience in e.commerce is preferable.
* Self-starter, confident in leading projects internally and externally.
* Highly competent in Microsoft Office and Nielsen / Circana tools.
* Capable in other category tools such as dunnhumby, SIP, JDA, Profitero is favorable.
* Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
* Degree-level education or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
