Panthera Partners is partnered with a tier one and elite boutique investment bank to hire two Senior Associates for their growing Infrastructure & Power M&A team, in London. This is a rare opportunity to join a team who seldom hire due to excellent performance and retention.

A high performing team with a strong culture, the firm advises on the most prominent investments in Europe across the renewable energy, utilities, and transportation sectors to name a few. Growth hires for the team, the Senior Associates will play a key role in the execution of deals whilst regularly interacting with clients. The new Senior Associates will join a highly active team where they will build a leading deal track record, receive a highly competitive package and long-term career progression.

* Be currently sitting at a Mid or Senior Associate level in the M&A team of a leading investment bank or private equity fund
* Have an in-depth understanding and exposure to the utilities, renewable energy, and/or broader infrastructure markets with proven deal experience
* Possess an exceptionally strong skill set with the ability to build financial models from scratch
* Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in another European language is preferred
* Hold a finance, mathematics, or related degree from a highly regarded university
* Be motivated to join a leading investment bank
