We are looking for a dynamic PMO Manager to drive the successful delivery of projects within agreed timescales and budgets. You will ensure efficient project implementation through scoping, mobilisation, documentation, and governance. You will support large-scale initiatives within Supply & Logistics, working with project teams to develop, execute and close projects aligned with organisational goals and strategic outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Ensure large projects follow governance protocols and monitor performance against milestones, providing day-to-day support to project teams
* Provide fortnightly reports, support steering groups, and deliver regular updates to heads of departments, partners and senior management
* Escalate risks, issues, complex queries and significant deviations to the Programme Manager and related teams
* Assist project teams with start-up, mobilisation, organisation and close-down of projects
* Establish strong working relationships with banners and group supply chain departments to maintain excellent communication
What You'll Bring
* Formal Project Management qualifications and experience in PRINCE2/PMP
* Experience in managing supply, logistics or retail projects within complex, matrix, global organisations
* Ability to collaborate, communicate and influence in a multi-cultural environment
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with attention to detail
* Experience using project management tools such as MS Project or Monday.com
