The need now exists for an experienced Technical Manager to join the team out of their office in Buckinghamshire. They predominantly build houses, and their apartment blocks are usually no more than 7 or 8 stories high. Developments are typically traditional brick & block build but they're starting to introduce Timber Frame into their regions (approx 6 sites). The role will report into the Technical Director.
