Procurement Coordinator - Ledbury
Our client, a leader in the snacks and confectionery sector, is seeking a dynamic Procurement Coordinator to join their Supply Chain team in Ledbury. This pivotal role supports the Commercial Manager and ensures seamless supply chain activities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and prioritise supply activities across various functions.
2. Manage procurement for UK extrusion including forecasting and S&OP processes.
3. Track and manage orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to supplier contracts.
4. Support in procurement functions and cover absences.
5. Maintain and update purchase orders, resolve invoice discrepancies and control inventory levels.
Requirements:
6. Strong MS Excel skills and IT proficiency.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Experience in SAP is advantageous (but not necessary as training is provided).
9. Ability to prioritise tasks, coupled with strong numerical and analytical skills.
