Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
* Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and clerical duties
* Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Maintain organised records and files to ensure easy access to information
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
* Support financial tasks using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and invoicing
* Perform typing duties accurately and efficiently to produce correspondence and reports
* Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth office operations
Experience
* Previous office experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
* Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Experience in data entry and clerical roles will be beneficial
* A positive attitude and willingness to contribute as part of a team are essential
