Job Title: Relief Administrator/Finance Assistant
Salary: £13.05 (plus 14.49% enhancement for Holiday roll up)

The Role:
We are looking for a motivated, methodical and adaptable person who enjoys working in a busy environment. The post will involve providing administrative and financial support for our busy Learning Disability services.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative and financial support for Learning Disability services.
2. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a professional telephone manner.
3. Utilize MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
4. Handle finance and cash management tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Good working knowledge of MS Office in a business situation.
2. NVQ 2 in a relevant subject (e.g., customer service) or equivalent.
3. Excellent typing and computer skills.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a confidential manner.
6. Experience working with finance and handling cash.
An understanding of the needs of adults with a learning disability is desirable but not essential. Be motivated, person-centred, work well in a team, and able to use your own initiative.
