We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Emergency Care & Inpatient Team in the role of Operational Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and dynamic team providing strategic direction and leadership in the planning, management and delivery of services.
The Operational Manager will have senior management experience with the skills to effectively lead, support and coordinate an efficient and effective service, initiate change, delegate effectively and have the ability to work flexibly in an acute and dynamic environment. Candidates should be comfortable using and interpreting data and using this to identify and monitor service performance and waiting times.
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, candidates will require senior management experience, covering all aspects of financial, performance and risk management within a large complex organisation. The candidate will have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
