Marketing Executive – Loyalty and Campaigns
Ashford (hybrid – 1 day p/w in office)
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketing executive to help contribute to and shape the development of a best-in-class customer loyalty programme. This role would suit a creative and digital savvy executive, ready to take on a role within our Commercial Marketing team.
You’ll be helping to turn the marketing strategy for mybrakes rewards into actionable plans and fantastic communications across relevant touchpoints that are data and insight driven and deliver our commercial objectives. You’ll be working closely with other functions to collaborate on plans and optimise performance, while seeking continual enhancement of the customer experience across key life stages e.g. joining, welcome, nurture, grow, customer feedback, retention, and reactivation.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and maintaining the monthly, quarterly and annual mybrakes rewards communications plan on and offline, keeping it up to date
* Co-ordinating the activation of mybrakes rewards communications for customers and sales both online and offline
* Creating high-impact copy and content for digital, email and social media to support key campaigns, the launch of new offers and life stage communications
* Working with the agency to maintain content on the mybrakes rewards platform
* Monitoring and tracking campaign performance
* Working closely with all teams including Category, Sales, Finance, Creative, social, agencies and the wider marketing team
* Supporting our Contact Centre team managing mybrakes rewards inbox enquiries
* Producing a weekly progress report and more detailed monthly competitor report
What we are looking for:
* Experience within a marketing role with proven experience of managing campaigns, results and insights
* Experience of planning and coordinating communications on and offline
* Creative flair with solid verbal and written communication skills
* Good analytical skills with an understanding of key commercial, social and digital metrics
* Experience of monitoring campaign performance and collating reports
* Salesforce experience would be beneficial but not essential
