We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation efforts, with a strong focus on account-based marketing and end-to-end campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and tactical delivery and someone who can roll up their sleeves to create and execute impactful campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and directly support revenue growth!
Responsibilities
* Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across digital, social, email, and events.
* Run targeted campaigns for priority accounts and sectors
* Partner with Sales to identify account opportunities
* Build and manage multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution
* Create customer success content into campaign-ready assets.
* Ensure events generate qualified leads and follow-up campaigns.
Qualifications
* 3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar automation platform).
* Strong understanding of digital channels
* Excellent project management skills
* Data-driven mindset and comfortable working to KPIs
