In the role of MGL you'll predominantly be based at Dewsbury and your focus will be on delivering bespoke and personalised programmes to students with SEND/ SEMH Your key responsibilities will be to: Teaching students with SEND/SEMH Monitoring and assessing students in accordance with the requirements of the programme and to contribute to the Quality Improvement Strategy. Contribute to curriculum development, design and delivery in response to changing requirements and new demands. Maintaining and monitoring college systems Ideally, you'll have PGCE with a specialism in SEND/SEMH and demonstrable experience in teaching young people with SEND/SEMH. It's important that you're able to communicate effectively and engage with young people with a wide range of learning needs and demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
