This project aims to provide clients with vital welfare benefits and debt advice when financial worries threaten their housing security. The role will support our frontline housing staff by offering expert guidance, building their confidence in dealing with debt-related issues, and delivering direct casework for more complex cases-helping us offer a more comprehensive and effective service to those in need.
