A well-established manufacturing business with over 70 years of industry heritage and an annual turnover exceeding £25 million is looking to add a Sales Administrator to their growing team in Burnley.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration or customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being a key point of contact for customers.
The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and operations teams by ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments to maintain excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing and booking in customer orders accurately
* Assisting with the setup of new customer accounts
* Providing customers with detailed stock and product information
* Responding to customer queries via phone and email
* Maintaining accurate records and order documentation
* Supporting the wider sales and operations team with administrative tasks
