Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on performance, capability, organisation, and culture
- Translate business priorities into effective people plans
- Lead workforce planning to ensure the right capability and talent
- Provide commercial HR guidance and challenge decision-making
- Coach and develop leadership capability
- Drive core people processes including talent, performance, and reward
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and performance discussions
- Use data and insight to identify trends and improve outcomes
- Support leaders with complex people matters
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience
About You
