The Role
This role sits at the heart of a small and supportive office environment, providing essential administrative support across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining excellent communication with customers, and supporting the growth of the company’s online presence.
As the Administrator, you will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:
1. Handling day-to-day administrative tasks across the business
2. Answering calls, managing emails, and processing customer orders
3. Preparing invoices and order documentation
4. Booking couriers and pallet collections
5. Maintaining accurate records, including use of Excel (Sage experience advantageous)
6. Updating and managing the company website and online shop
7. Managing and building sales through Amazon
8. Developing social media channels to enhance customer engagement
