What You’ll Do As a Content Creator
* Own our content strategy – Set the editorial direction, shape the content calendar and make sure what we publish is aligned to brand and business goals
* Lead with insight – Use performance data, audience research and platform trends to constantly evolve how and where we show up
* Own our social playbook – Know what works on LinkedIn, Meta and TikTok – and create content that feels native, relevant and high-performing
* Collaborate across the business – Work closely with marketers, designers and our team of personal finance experts (the face of our content) to create content that gets seen and shared
* Raise the bar on brand voice – Bring consistency, creativity and clarity to everything we create – across email, video, long-form and more
* Move fast and learn fast – You’ll test, ship, tweak and repeat – not wait for perfection
What You’ll Bring
* At least 3+ years experience in similar roles (Ideally, you’ve worked in a brand that serves a 35-50 year old audience)
* You’ve already created content that performs – and you’re ready to take on more responsibility for strategy as well as delivery
* You’re prolific, proactive and thrive in fast-paced environments – full of ideas and able to move with urgency and focus on the ones that matter
* You’re comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy – able to take a loose idea and turn it into something great without waiting for a perfect brief
* You understand social platforms deeply and know how to create content that plays to their strengths
* You have an experimental mindset – you love testing new formats, learning quickly, and evolving as you go
* You care about financial wellbeing – you don’t need deep FS industry experience (in fact, we’re not here to follow the traditional FS playbook) – but you should have a personal interest in the space and be excited by our mission to help people feel more confident about their money
In return for your contribution we offer a salary of £48,000 - 50,000 + benefits
