Family Solicitor 4-5 Years PQE – Hodge Jones & Allen
We are seeking a 4-5 PQE solicitor to join our Chambers and Legal 500 ranked Family team. The successful candidate will assist the partners and manage their own caseload. Work will include relationship agreements, matters arising from relationship breakdown (divorce, TOLATA, and Schedule 1 claims) and private law children's matters. Experience in child abduction cases and being a trained mediator would be advantageous.
* Assist partners with case management and client service.
* Handle relationship agreements and divorce-related matters.
* Manage private law children matters.
* Provide proactive marketing and business development support.
