Working as part of the Outbound Team for the campaign, undertaking proactive customer contact in all aspects of sales, campaign promotions and activities Interact with the customer across all channels (inbound/outbound calls and emails) Providing a first-class experience for customers each and every time Acting as a trusted advisor in answering questions and solving problems Advising customers on the best services available, using product knowledge to showcase the best solutions Up sell additional products as needs arise Building rapport with customers Providing a value-add service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brands and service reputation Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data Identify and highlight any service-related issues, incidents or trends Highlighting and escalating issues as necessary Delivering and maintaining both individual and team targets Qualifications Ideally at least 12 months experience within an outbound and/or account management role Self-driven and hungry mentality, driven to offer great service through your strong work ethic Experience of working autonomously Professional approach, experience with business customers A passion for delivering first class customer service Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Good social and interpersonal skills, a team player Excellent problem-solving skills; solution focused Quality focused with attention to detail Empathetic, a warm, helpful, and positive approach High degree of resilience, perseverance, focus and commitment Unflappable, resilient and able to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly IT Savvy with good MS Office (Word and Excel) and keyboard skills The commitment to work towards individual targets and KPIs Willingness to travel to ad-hoc customer fairs and training events Flexibility in hours of work/shift pattern Comfortable within fast changing and developing environment
