About the Role
We’re looking for an On-Site Recruitment Coordinator to be based within a busy contract packaging environment. You will be the key link between operations, workforce planning, and recruitment delivery, ensuring the site is always fully resourced to meet daily production demands.
Working closely with production and shift managers, you’ll play a vital role in keeping labour levels aligned to fluctuating client requirements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This is a hands-on role where responsiveness, organisation, and communication are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the on-site point of contact for all recruitment and staffing requirementsManage daily labour plans in line with production schedules and client demandCoordinate worker attendance, shift cover, and last-minute replacementsSupport onboarding, inductions, and site compliance checksLiaise closely with production and shift managers to forecast labour needsMaintain accurate records of attendance, shifts, and placementsManage worker communication, queries, and general on-site supportAssist with registration, screening, and interview processes as requiredEnsure all workers meet site compliance and right-to-work requirementsSupport absence management and proactively fill gaps to minimise downtimeAbout You
Previous experience in recruitment, on-site coordination, or staffing roles (ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or contract packaging)Strong organisational skills and the ability to react quickly to changing demandsConfident communicator who can build relationships at all levelsComfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environmentStrong attention to detail and compliance awarenessProficient with basic systems, spreadsheets, and reporting toolsProactive, hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindsetWhat We Offer
