Sales Operations Executive (Temporary to Permanent) Location: Bourne End (near Maidenhead) - Hybrid working Start Date: ASAP We are recruiting for a Sales Operations Executive to join a fast-growing, commercially focused organisation operating in a specialist global sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Operations professional or Senior Sales Administrator ready to take their next step up to support a high-performing sales team during a period of growth. Role Overview: The Sales Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial function. You will take ownership of CRM data, sales processes, documentation, and reporting, ensuring all commercial activity is accurately captured and transitioned smoothly into delivery. This role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who is confident managing multiple workflows and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Own and maintain CRM data across the full sales lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all opportunities and pipeline information Support sales forecasting and reporting, providing clear and actionable insights Prepare and manage commercial documentation including quotes, order forms and Scope of Works (SOWs) Ensure strong version control and consistency across all documentation Manage internal workflows and handover processes from sales to delivery teams Act as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Marketing and Delivery to ensure alignment Maintain pipeline hygiene and proactively follow up with stakeholders where required Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency Provide operational support across commercial activities where required Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Sales Operations or Senior Sales Administrator role Strong experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar preferred) Proven ability to manage commercial documentation end-to-end Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Confident communicator with experience working cross-functionally Proactive, structured and solutions-focused approach Desirable Experience: Experience with workflow or ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA or similar) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience supporting forecasting or budgeting processes Additional Information: This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with an immediate start, offering hybrid working and the chance to join a growing organisation where you can make a meaningful impact.
