Carriera is proud to once again partner with one of our long-standing clients who are recruiting for a resourceful and knowledgeable Senior or Assoiate CDM/PD Advisor to join their Leeds office.
The business is going through an exciting period of growth, and they are seeking a talented individual to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects. From large industrial and commercial schemes to smaller, unique projects for prestigious clients such as motor manufacturers, schools/universities, healthcare providers, contractors, and developers.
Our client would be very interested in speaking with people with experience of delivering Principal design duties in a consultancy setting, who is great in a client facing role, with existing connections who enjoys business development.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure project compliance with CDM 2015 amongst a range of projects in a variety of sectors.
2. Serve as the CDM Advisor to Clients, assisting them in fulfilling their duties and implementing effective H&S management.
3. Produce F10 documentation for the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
