We are seeking a Store Leader to join Kate Spade New York in Braintree, UK. The successful candidate will lead the store, maximise productivity and profitability, and cultivate a high‑performing team.

Primary Purpose
The Store Leader leads the store by maximizing store productivity and profitability through teambuilding and staff development, goal attainment, and by ensuring compliance with all Kate Spade standards. The Store Leader sets the tone, provides feedback, and makes decisions that enhance the customer experience, ensuring service expectations are exceeded.
