Purpose of the Role
To ensure contractors are fully onboarded and supported, maintain clear communication between all parties, and keep the client informed on technical and financial progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities of the role
Client Communication
* Provide weekly progress and financial reports to the client
* Hold daily meetings with the client to update on progress and address issues
* Communicate client requirements and access needs to engineers and contractors
Team Coordination
* Hold daily meetings with engineers to track progress and resolve queries
* Act as the main liaison between engineers/contractors and the lead director
* Ensure contractors are onboarded efficiently, including IT setup and admin support
Project Support
* Monitor work package progress against the Statement of Work
* Track budget and financial status; include updates in weekly reports
* Support the lead director with client-facing communication and documentation
