We have a vacancy for a dedicated Team Leader to join our team in a Learning Disability unit service in West Belfast.
The service will support residents with Learning Disabilities and complex needs within their own self-contained apartments to live full and valued lives.
Job type: Full-time or Part-time, permanent
Salary: Circa £15 per hour

About The Role
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Work alongside the Home Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
2. Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures.
3. Support quality assurance mechanisms within the Home, including conducting audits and implementing service delivery improvements.
4. Oversee the weekly duty rota, ensuring staffing levels meet daily requirements.
5. Maintain effective communication with the Home Manager and Senior Management Team.
6. Support residents to live full and valued lives by quickly identifying and responding to their needs, ensuring safety.
7. Ensure all care records comply with Care Standards for Residential Homes.
8. Mentor and support the care team to develop their skills, achieve proficiency, and maximize their potential.
Candidate Requirements:
* At least 3 years of previous Care Assistant experience.
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 or working towards Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
* Clear record regarding professional conduct, performance, and attendance.
