What Skills and Experience We're Looking For
Potential applicants should have:
* Successful placement(s), teaching (applicants currently in training).
* Successful record of teaching including very good exam results (applicants who already have gained QTS).
* A detailed knowledge of current developments in education including the use of the Pupil Premium.
* The ability to put vision into practice.
