ConductRisk Analyst
This role supports the Compliance function with a primary focus onConduct Risk. The position works closely with Underwriting, Claims and Delegated Authority partners to help ensure fair customer outcomes and compliance with Lloyds and regulatory requirements.
Key Duties
* Manage and oversee thecomplaints process
* Coordinate, maintain and analyseConduct and Consumer Duty MI
* Carry outroot cause and trend analysison complaints
* Support escalation and reporting of complaints
* Assist with preparation of reports and papers for internal committees and Boards.
* Provide guidance to the business on conduct risk, product governance and customer outcomes, including for new or higher-risk products.
* Deliver and supportconduct and complaints-related trainingto the business.
* Provide general compliance support and advice as required.
Required Experience
* Minimum1 years experiencein a Compliance role, with exposureComplaints.
* Practical experience handling and managing complaints.
* Experience within theLondon Market insurance environment.
