Senior Associate Corporate (Belfast) A leading corporate law team in Belfast is seeking a Senior Associate with strong corporate and transactional experience to join its dynamic and busy department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and other corporate matters for a diverse range of clients including growth businesses, investors, and multinational companies. The team works collaboratively across practice areas to deliver commercially focused, high-quality legal advice.
