* Administer and update staff’s database on a timely basis (Times Soft)
* Update E-cirtrix e-portal and MHC e-portal for staff movement
* Verify MHC invoice for medical check-up and medical claim
* Check staff attendance schedule
* Update halal team list for halal outlets
* Generate monthly payroll using Time software
* Respond to and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
* Liaise closely with brand managers on schedule, leave applications and staff matters
* Keep track of all employees’ leave records (AL, Sick leave) and update to Timesoft
* Prepare monthly payroll reports and other related human resource reports
* Manage all workmen injury compensation claims and medical claims
* Prepare staff appraisal form for staff confirmation
* Prepare and issue birthday vouchers to staff
Requirements
* Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent
* At least 2 years of relevant experience
* F&B industry experience preferred
* Knowledge in employment law and work pass related matters
* Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong in both verbal and written communication
* Ability to work independently and coordinate well across all levels
